We develop customized training programs for each facility based on that facility’s precise needs. Our base knowledge about how to train and motivate staff is shared throughout the Pritchard system. Every onsite manager has the benefit of Pritchard’s long experience in the industry and the cumulative day to day development of expertise of Pritchard managers nationwide. Our safety procedures are reviewed by our management, further audited by our insurance carrier(s) on a routine basis. Safety seminars are given by our carrier annually and management holds tool box meetings with each staff regularly.
