With over 35 years of personal experience in building services, Mr. Pritchard is the 3rd generation of his family to run Pritchard Industries. Mr. Pritchard takes great pride in having a thorough understanding of every facet of each account we service. His attention to detail is his trademark. Robert Sokolowski - COO / Senior VP

After fulfilling his military obligation in 1968, Mr. Sokolowski entered the building services industry and at the same time he completed his college education. Since then Robert has worked his way to the top by mastering all phases of building operations. He brings over 40 years' worth of expertise to Pritchard. This proficiency has proven to be invaluable to operations. In addition, Mr. Sokolowski has been heavily involved with the sales and marketing efforts throughout the country, helping to sustain continuous unprecedented growth.
David K. Strupinsky - CFO
BA Accountancy - George Washington University 1992
Prior to joining Pritchard Industries, David held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Fast Capital. Mr. Strupinsky is a CPA with over 7 years of experience in public accounting which has greatly impacted the development of his strong credit and management skills. He has negotiated various credit facilities, mergers and acquisition transactions, shareholder and key employee agreements and mediations. David has worked with lenders such as banks, factors, asset-based lenders, PO Funding sources, and leasing & equipment lenders in completing an array of transactions. Mr. Strupinsky is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), NYSSCPA (New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants), and RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society). David is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, and risk management for all of Pritchard and it's subsidiaries.
