Erin Meehan is leading Pritchard with a unique vision, focused on innovation, wellness & sustainability, underpinned by operational excellence. Prior to joining Pritchard, Erin held the position of Division President for Compass One Healthcare. Her successes there & a noteworthy tenure of over 25 years with the Compass Group, Erin’s journey is a testament to her dedication & prowess in the world of business.
Erin’s keen focus on client retention, associate development & organic growth has cemented her position as a stalwart in the industry. As she takes the reins at Pritchard, the company looks forward to a future of growth & pioneering transformations under her esteemed leadership.
Erin earned her Master’s degree in Taxation from University of Denver, a Master’s of Science, with a concentration in Business Administration, from Revans University, & her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Ray is a 20-year senior executive who brings a wealth of finance, technology, and operational expertise to Prichard. He began his career at General Electric where he worked at multiple GE businesses and across multiple facets of finance, including: financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, operational finance, and controllership. Post GE, Ray worked at BlueLine Rental and United Site Services. At both companies, in addition to all his corporate finance responsibilities, Ray’s primary focus was to drive Revenue and EBITDA growth by supporting sales and operations from a Finance, Pricing and Business Intelligence perspective.
At Pritchard, Ray will continue to focus on supporting the businesses’ growth, while ensuring the strong foundation of controllership and compliance remain in place.
Ray earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University At Albany, SUNY and most recently earned two Executive Education Certifications from the MIT Sloan School of Management for Technology & Operations and Management & Leadership.
Joseph has spent over 30 years consistently delivering strong results at top companies within the facility management & business service sector. He has a successful track record of leading businesses by encouraging high performing teams that deliver operational excellence, strong client partnerships, increased revenue & growing profitability. Prior to joining Pritchard, Joe held positions at Advanced Pavement Group, BrightView Landscape Services Company & several executive positions during his tenure at Aramark. His goal at Pritchard is to help deliver consistent operational excellence, support the development & implementation of high yield initiatives that accelerate market growth & to help ensure organizational commitment to key pillars of the strategic plan that enable the overall success of the business.
Joe received a B.S. degree from The College of New Jersey & has a variety of certifications from multiple industry organizations.
Victoria is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources & leads our HR & Talent Acquisition teams for Pritchard. Victoria has over 18 years’ experience in both HR & field operations, focusing on development of the team & strategic planning for the corporation. Over the years, her key successes are shown through her future planning & performance development of teams.
Victoria spent 2 years as the Regional Vice President for Aramark foods, where she was responsible for all operations & Human Resources in the Northeast territory. Before Aramark, she spent 15 years at Target, in both field operations & HR.
Mrs. Pasquale earned her Masters of Science in Law from Cornell University, an MBA, with a concentration in Human Resource Ethics, from Bellevue University & her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
Alex is a trailblazer in the world of technology, bringing a dynamic & forward-thinking approach to Pritchard. With a focus on innovation, modernization & transformation, he consistently delivers pragmatic solutions that provide concrete business value. His problem-solving approach, centered on human design thinking, emphasizes empathy, ensuring that every solution meets the genuine needs of its users. A firm believer in the power of teamwork, Alex understands the importance of team building & fosters an environment that emphasizes collaboration & engagement.
Boasting over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Alex’s expertise stretches from hardware infrastructure to software solutions, making him an invaluable asset to Pritchard. Having led numerous digital transformations in both service & product industries, Alex is hands-on in his approach, working closely with businesses to ensure the delivery of genuine benefits. Alex is well-equipped to navigate the evolving tech landscape. His extensive background spans across systems architecture, computer programming, data analytics, artificial intelligence & business processes, to name a few.
Alex earned his undergraduate degree in computer information systems & an executive MBA from the prestigious Steven’s Institute of Technology.
Tom has led business transformation initiatives & merger & acquisition strategies for a diverse group of companies & private equity firms over the last 15 years. Prior to joining Pritchard in 2013, he developed a natural resources investment strategy at Encourage Capital & facilitated new investments & managed portfolio companies at American Capital. Prior to American Capital, Mr. Melton worked in M&A investment banking for Lazard & Wachovia.
Tom earned his MBA from Yale University, his BA from Hampden-Sydney College, & he completed the General Course program at the London School of Economics.
Tom serves on the Boards of Pritchard, Hampden-Sydney College, The Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, Diversified Roofing & is a founding member of Tumaini, Inc., a non-profit supporting secondary education in east Africa.
James is a facility services executive with a 14-year successful track record in the industry. As the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Pritchard, he is responsible for driving profitable, organic growth through the development of a diverse, solutions-oriented sales team. James comes to Pritchard with a background in operations, sales & marketing & has lead teams in a variety of roles within the industry.
In his previous role as Vice President of Sales, James was responsible for leading a team of business development managers focused on selling integrated facility services to higher education & K12 clients within in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic & Midwest regions.
James earned his Master of Arts in English from Portland State University & a Bachelor of Arts in English & Philosophy from the University of Oregon.
